Parking Alert is made by Banika Labs. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
Nothing. Parking Alert has no account, no servers, no analytics and no ads. We never receive your data.
Parking Alert asks for location access so it can notice when you arrive at a parking spot you saved and remind you to pay. Arrival detection is handled by iOS on your iPhone. Your location is never sent to us or to anyone else, and the app does not record where you go.
The spots you save, their schedules, your parking app links and whether you paid today are stored only on your iPhone. They are shared with the Parking Alert widget on the same device. Deleting the app deletes this data.
When you search for a place, your search text is sent to Apple Maps to find matching places. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Reminders are local notifications created on your iPhone. They are not sent through any server.
Parking Alert does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
