Alerts are not showing up

1. Open Settings → Parking Alert → Location and choose Always.
2. In the same screen, turn on Precise Location.
3. Open Settings → Parking Alert → Notifications, turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications.
4. Make sure the spot is scheduled for today, and for the current time if you set hours.
5. Each spot alerts once per day. If you already got an alert today, or tapped I paid, you won't get another until tomorrow.

I'm already at the spot but got no alert

Alerts fire when you arrive. If you saved the spot while standing inside it, the first alert comes the next time you arrive.

How many spots can I add?

Up to 20. This is an iOS limit on how many places an app can watch.

The "Open parking app" button does nothing

Edit the spot and check the link under Pay. Paste the full link from your parking app, for example your ParkMobile zone link.

Does Parking Alert drain my battery?

No. iOS watches for your arrival using low-power cell and Wi-Fi signals, not constant GPS.
